Order Cancellation

Consumer Rights

  • When entering into a contract as a consumer, the cancellation rights described in this section apply to each agreement.

  • If you change your mind and wish to cancel an order and request a refund:

Please contact us as soon as possible at blancolondonacademy@gmail.com.

After contacting us:

For undamaged products, please return the unopened items, along with the receipt (or gift receipt), within 14 days of receiving the product (otherwise, we reserve the right to withhold a refund).

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or someone you have designated receives the last product.

Additionally, please note the following:

(i) Products can only be returned in the country where they were originally purchased.
(ii) The following products are not eligible for return: glues, opened items.
(iii) Some banks may charge fees for international transfers in foreign currencies. Unfortunately, these fees are standard bank charges by the sender’s bank and are beyond Blanco Lash Products Ltd’s control. In case of a refund, the refunded amount will only be for the product itself, and bank fees will not be refunded.
(iv) Return shipping costs or any original shipping fees for returned orders will not be refunded.

Defective Products

If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us immediately at blancolondonacademy@gmail.com.
Items may be damaged during shipping, and if that happens, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

(Please send a photo of the item and packaging to help us assess the situation.)

In some cases, we may request that you return unused items for an exchange or refund.
