Booking Training:
To reserve a spot for the training day, you may choose to pay a deposit or the full course fee.
Full payment must be made at least 7 days before the training day (as we need to send out the training kit). -
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel the training course and receive a full refund if you notify us at least 14 days in advance.
Cancellations made within 14 days will not be refunded, and the deposit will not be returned. -
Late Arrival:
If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. We can delay the start by up to 5 minutes. After that, the course will begin without you. -
No-Show:
If you do not attend the course on the scheduled day, no refund will be given. -
Rescheduling:
If you would like to change the date of your course, please inform us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate you in another course. -
Cancellation by BLANCO LASH LONDON:
BLANCO LASH LONDON reserves the right to change or cancel the course dates if there is insufficient booking or if unforeseen circumstances occur.
We will work with you to reschedule the course to another date.
If no suitable dates are available, a full refund will be provided.
BLANCO LASH LONDON will not offer any further compensation.

(iv) The prices for services and products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change the prices and correct any pricing errors that may occur.
Adhesive Orders
Adhesives are products that carry a risk of personal injury if not used or applied correctly by a qualified professional. Adhesive products should only be used by:
(i) Professionals who hold a certified eyelash extension qualification.
(ii) Those familiar with the correct application of eyelash extension products, especially adhesives.
(iii) Professionals who are fully insured regarding the use of these products.
We will supply adhesives only to professionals who meet the required standards. If you fail to provide proper information or qualifications, we reserve the right not to supply adhesives.
By using our adhesives, you agree to:
a) Conduct a thorough client consultation to check for potential contraindications.
b) If contraindications are found, provide a safety data sheet to the client’s GP and obtain a sign-off before proceeding with the treatment.
c) Perform a 48-hour patch test before using adhesive products.
d) Adhesives should only be used for closed-eye treatments.
e) Do not use adhesives on clients with conditions such as laser eye correction, open facial wounds, eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, recent permanent makeup, facial surgery, or any other relevant conditions. Adhesives are inappropriate for such conditions.
Customs, Taxes, and Other Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees. These charges are not the responsibility of Blanco Lash Products Ltd. It is the customer’s responsibility to check for potential fees and arrange payment for any customs, taxes, or other charges that arise before receiving the goods.
Returns and Refunds Policy

For non-damaged items, you can return them within 14 days of receiving the goods, along with the original receipt (or gift receipt), accessories, and packaging. You will be eligible for an exchange or refund to the original payment method.
Note the following:
(i) Items must be returned in the country where they were purchased.
(ii) The following items cannot be returned: adhesives, opened items.
Right to Modify Offerings
We reserve the right to modify services at any time without prior notice. We may stop providing services or create limitations without liability, and we may permanently or temporarily suspend access to our services.
Product and Service Warranty and Liability
If we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair or replace the defective product. If repair or replacement is not possible within a reasonable time, the customer is entitled to a full refund when the product is returned to us. Shipping for repaired or replaced products will be at our cost; the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us.
