Cancellation of orders 

Consumer rights

- Where you contract as a Consumer, each Contract is subject to your rights of cancellation set out in this clause. 

- In case if you change your mind and would like to cancel your order and receive a refund:

First of all , contact us as soon as  possible, email .

After contacting us , 

 any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product,(otherwise we reserve rights not to refund) and that the products are unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

 The cancellation period expires after 14 days from the day you (or anyone nominated by you) receive(s) the last of the Products

In addition, please note the following: 

(i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and 

(ii) the following products are not eligible for return: Any Glues,  opened Items, 

(iii)Some banks charge fees for sending payments to overseas in their own currency. Unfortunately these are fees that Blanco Lash Products Ltd  has no control over as they are standard bank fees charged by the sender's bank. Please note that in event of refund we can only refund the amount we have received for products and not the bank charges.
